	note    = {We propose a new computational tool to visualize medical records and to extract information from, COGVIT. Specifically it deals with medical records based on dementia diagnosis. These records are processed by the Sanger’s artificial neural network and the result in the form of principal components is visualized. The main aim of COGVIT is to aid and to facilitate the diagnosis, prognosis and monitoring of dementia as well as patients follow-up. The work deals with data storing, it describes how to use COGVIT with current EDEVITALZH database also like a standalone application and it implements software solution like a web-based application.}}
